Here’s your grocery shopping cheat-sheet.
Take this with you as a reminder of what to buy and what not to buy.
Don’t buy food items that:
- Are filled with sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
- Are highly processed and contain unidentifiable ingredients.
- Are full of fat.
Do buy:
- Whole, fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Whole grains.
- Lean proteins.
Always stay on the perimeter of the grocery store, the inner aisles are filled with
tempting processed snacks that sabotage your fat loss efforts!
Stay focused on your goals and why you want to lose weight.
Staying focused requires discipline and work, it does not happen by itself.
Being focused and accomplishing your goals is a decision that you make and work at each day!
Write down your goals and place your them where you can see them daily, on your fridge, bathroom mirror or even visor in your car.
